  • Own a 0-to-1 co-branded EMI Card and a digital Gold Loan (secured lending), both with an NBFC partner, inside a large consumer app ecosystem.
  • Scaled EMI Card issuance into the hundreds of thousands of cards cumulatively, driving tens of crores of consumer-durable loans via in-store activations.
  • Launched the Gold Loan 0-to-1 across a very large eligible base with signal-driven onboarding: roughly 3x funnel conversion and strong monthly disbursals within a few quarters.
  • Launched phygital distribution across a nationwide retail network with POS/QR in-store activation.
  • Own UAT, acceptance criteria, and release sign-off.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 10+ across tech, QA, design, and analytics, including Product Managers as direct reports.
  • Managed and led a B2B2C SaaS loan origination platform for unsecured MSME loans, powering hundreds of crores in monthly disbursals across thousands of channel partners.
  • Scaled the partner network to tens of thousands of sub-DSA partners across thousands of pincodes.
  • Built an end-to-end API suite onboarding dozens of partners, cutting integration from weeks to days.
  • Integrated credit, LMS, collections, and co-lending systems for multiple lending partners.
  • Owned payments and reconciliation across major payment gateways, reducing turnaround from 3+ days to hours.
  • Directly managed Product Managers and Operations analysts within a cross-functional team of 15+.
  • Owned a B2B2C digital-gold investment platform (bullion trading) for retailers and distributors.
  • Built partner-facing APIs and the buy / sell / redemption flows.
  • Launched a Jewellery Exchange program across dozens of partner stores, onboarding thousands of users within 6 months.
  • D2C e-commerce: reduced Order-to-Contact ratio ~50% within 3 months.
  • Drove the reduction through data analysis and customer-journey / self-serve optimization.
  • Consumer payments and a B2B2C wallet cashback platform within a large-scale consumer payments app.
  • Supported feature launches and cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Led 100+ proof-of-concept builds as a pre-sales analyst for clients across the US, UK, Middle East, and Singapore.
  • Worked on a mobile platform / ad-tech architecture; owned UI/UX, enablement, and launch.
